Deposit and Payment: In order to confirm your reservations at Selva Verde Lodge, we require a payment of a one night deposit at time of booking. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Selva Verde will contact you at that time to request authorization to charge the balance due.

Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation received 31 days or more prior to departure are fully refundable. Cancellations or modification requests can be made by emailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

For travel May 1-31, August 1- December 14: Cancellation received within 30 days, a penalty equal to the total cost of one night's lodging will be imposed.

For travel December 15-April 30 and June 1-July 31: Cancellation received within 30 days is non refundable.

Refunds for missed days: Should you decide not to participate, or miss a scheduled activity or meal, there will be no reimbursement made for that activity/meal.

We are unable to grant refunds for any missed portions of your reservation because of missed or delayed flights. Additionally, no refund is guaranteed for unused reservations as a result of weather, personal health or social disturbance.

We will confirm your reservations upon receipt of your deposit.

Rates are inclusive of taxes and are in US dollars. Rates may vary depending upon the number of people in the party.

Children ages 0 to 5 years, sharing a room with a parent, are complimentary. Children ages 6-11 sharing a room with a parent and having a breakfast-only meal plan are charged $15 per child, per night.Children ages 6-11 sharing a room with a parent with a full meal plan are $62 per child per night.
